Kohler came to TriMark to launch a new solution in an established category that makes the product that’s already a need a want, too. When TriMark launched this new product, (2016) it was one of Kohler’s first direct-to-consumer channel businesses to a niche audience.
Over our 7 year relationship with them, we built them a landing page strategy, full organic site and helped grow their walk-in bath sales by implementing a full-funnel strategy from awareness to advocacy.
Kohler’s brand and service excelled amongst its competitors offering a tasteful bath design, extra design options and superior product for bathing.
I helped design and develop their organic site, landing page and performed frequent A/B tests, art directed campaigns to continue marketing the bath for our niche audience in different ways. Below are examples of ways I designed to elevate Kohler’s product amongst it’s competitors.
Deep Hydrotherapy & Immersion
To reflect the immersive experience of Kohler’s hydrotherapy, we wanted to create those immersive experiences on the website.
I designed out feature pages to help drive home the therapeutic benefits of the Walk-In Bath. We experimented with design, development and animation by designing this elegant outline of the bath and all the benefits of hydrotherapy.
Selling the Experience
We created a number of ads that highlighted the hydrotherapy, design options and therapeutic features of the walk-in bath.
I also lead the charge and worked closely with a creative director to start creating campaign themes each quarter starting in late 2020 through 2023 to have a cohesive story across channels. Our goal was always to drive leads and sell the product, but continue to refresh ways we told that story.
