How can we set Kohler’s bath experience apart from it’s competitors and stop the scroll on social media and print advertising?
While Kohler had beautiful photography of the walk-in bath in highly designed bathrooms and elegant talent, most homeowners who purchase this product don’t have the luxurious bathroom spaces the brand was portraying.
This campaign started in the print space as we were trying to set the walk-in bath experience apart from the other print ads. We then carried over the theme of escapism and how the bath can transport you across social, email and display advertising.
Visually, this took different forms by creating a collage style of the bath over tranquil environmental photos and videos and really helped the product stand out amongst full width product photos. Our first ad creative with the waterfall execution was one of the top performers for CTR and lowest CPC for 2 years.







Kohler launched a Shower Package product that we rolled out in 2021. We had evergreen campaigns but also utilized our escapism storytelling with the Shower Package as well.
Concept Pitch
We wanted to take this concept even further but the overarching Kohler brand didn’t want to mix fantasy with their other verticals like the walk-in bath. I executed the mermaid concept to push further conversation and possible photoshoot work.
