Many local brands have come to TriMark with a simple logo and one pager for their brand guidelines. In each of the examples below, I took the initiative to help expand their brand language so we could create a consistent brand voice, visual identity and brand promise across digital marketing channels.
Many of these developed guides helped these client with their monthly seasonal campaigns. It also allowed me to provide clear direction to a number of different design and content producers working on the accounts.
Terramor Homes
A North Carolina Home Builder needed more brand direction and a visual language to run their seasonal and evergreen campaigns. TriMark worked with them for over 5 years before they were bought by DR Horton who took over their marketing and shifted their brand positioning.

Pinehurst Surgical Clinic
Pinehurst Surgical Clinic came to TriMark to update the look and feel of their organic social channels and to help tell a more comprehensive story of all their department’s offerings. We took their minimal brand guidelines and added more value and context to help them expand their visual storytelling.

Window World
While Window World has a national footprint and corporate brand, TriMark has worked with individual locations for over 15 years. We have built them high performing organic websites and landing pages with full service campaigns to help drive them leads. As their corporate brand has changed, we have documented how the Window World brand should live and breathe across our lead generation channels for each locations we service. In 2023, I identified creative inconsistencies and lead a team of designers and animations in a brand strategy exercise to create better creative consistency and value adding strategy.
